Vacation Jar!

How many of us use a regular jar to hold our loose change and small bills as we save for our next Disney vacation?

April, at Take the Monorail, shares a craft project--as she says a Let's Get Crafty--that offers some great ideas to decorate your own savings jar.

My next question is whether April will decorate a Nerdy jar for us?

Glow Stick Tips!

Ever been harangued by someone in your party to buy the $15.95 light up necklace or flashing princess wand while waiting for Fantasmic! or Wishes?

On our last two trips, we spent some time shopping at the local dollar/value store and bought loads of the glow sticks and glow stick necklaces.

I was delighted when I saw that Mrs. S at A Pocketful of Pixie Dust posted the cheap glow sticks tip on her site.

Make sure to spend some time at her site. She offers lots of great tips.

Guest Services

Richard, at Photos From the Parks, presents a great photo essay on the different Guest Services.

As Richard states:

At the heart of the Disney experience is conducting business the Disney way, where guests always feel their needs have been attended to and have access to cast members with knowledge about a particular topic. In order to provide specific access to CMs with such information, Guest Relations locations are found in each of the parks including Downtown Disney and are easily recognizable in the Disney Guidemaps by the information icon: a lowercase 'i' in a bright blue rectangle. If you're not sure about anything while visiting a park chances are Guest Relations will set you on the right path.

Richard has some great pictures of all the locations. Make sure to check out his site and leave him some Disney Geek love!
